Civitas from Strange Fellows Brewing is a Belgian single that is brewed with a classic Belgian yeast strain. This unique take on a monastic patersbier is dry, bright and well carbonated. Aromatic and softly spicy, a judicious addition of lemongrass and coriander bring floral aromatics and a pithy delicate lemon character.
Commemorating 25 years of connecting artists and community, Civitas celebrates East Van’s own champion of creative expression and public engagement – the Eastside Arts Society, producers of the beloved Eastside Culture Crawl!
