Harvest Haus Returns to Vancouver Bigger than Ever

After a brief one year hiatus, Vancouver’s largest Oktoberfest celebration has returned bigger and better than before.

Harvest Haus, hosted by the Social Concierge (the same organizer of events like Deighton Cup and Diner en Blanc) was absent from last year, as the organizers struggled to find an appropriate venue for the growing event. They’ve now announced a new location has been found, in the form of the PNE Forum, and with the new location come some big changes.

The new and improved celebration now includes Harvestland, an all-ages celebration featuring rides, attractions, food and entertainment.

“We wanted to do something truly spectacular for the fifth anniversary of Harvest Haus,” says organizer Tyson Villeneuve of The Social Concierge. “By continuing our collaboration with Collective X and partnering with the PNE for Harvestland, we’ll be launching the largest harvest event in the country!”

Harvestland itself will feature dozens of attractions ranging from tractor rides to logger sports shows along with  pumpkin carving and theatrical entertainers. The family friendly portion of Harvestland runs October 10-20, 2019.

Meanwhile, the celebration that started it all will return as well. Harvest Haus, runs on the evenings of October 10-12 and October 18 & 19. The 19+ event brings back evenings of classic tunes and oompah bands, pretzels, branded steins and a selection of international beers and spirits.

Registration for pre-sales is now live. Visit www.harvest.land for all-ages Harvestland family packages and www.harvest.land/haus for Harvest Haus group rates.
