The North Shore is the latest in a long line of communities to now officially have a craft beer celebration.

The inaugural North Shore Craft Beer Week officially runs from October 6-13, and will feature seven breweries located on the North Shore (two are brand new!).

Did you know: The North Shore has a rich history of craft brewing and was home to Canada’s first ever microbrewery – Horseshoe Bay Brewery in 1982. 

In addition to all of the festivities, drinkers can download the Vancouver’s North Shore Craft Beer Week Passport, or pick one up from participating venues. From October 1 you can get a stamp at each brewery as you travel around North Vancouver sampling special craft beer menus and unique casks.

Drop off your stamped passport at the last brewery or the North Vancouver Visitor Centre and you could be in with the chance to win one of three North Shore stays for two complete with tours from Endless Biking, and Capilano Suspension Bridge passes.
